The therapeutic recreation department creates fun, exciting therapeutic recreational activities and programs to make sure residents laugh, learn and love life at St. Joseph’s Villa.
Diverse lifestyle activities and programs focus on maintaining and improving physical, social, intellectual, and emotional health and well-being for all of our residents. Programs run seven days a week, including evenings and weekends. We work together with residents and families to accommodate unique, dynamic needs and interests. We welcome the opportunity to connect with residents and families at Resident Home Area meetings, Resident Council and get daily input from residents to help guide our future planning.
Annually, we host events for our residents, families and the community including the Villa Car Show and the Villa Fun Fair, as well as special, holiday celebrations!
