Services for older adults that help support healthy aging at home.

Our Community Access to Long-Term Care (CALTC) program is a pilot project at St. Joseph’s Villa Dundas for older adults who are eligible for, or currently on the wait-list for, long-term care. CALTC provides free access to select long-term care services on-site, helping older adults maintain their independence, health and well-being while continuing to live at home, while also reducing pressure on hospitals.
