The S.I.M Gym has an exercise class to fit every body!
Falls Prevention (v) – Improve mobility and reduce the risk of falls in this standing class (option to use a chair). This class is offered in person and virtually.
Gentle Strength – Standing class where you work at your own pace/level using balls, weights and bands.
Sit and Be Fit (v) – Seated cardio, strength and flexibility class using weights. This class is offered in person and virtually.
Spin – This class focuses on aerobic endurance and interval training on a spin bike. The intensity of the ride is under your control.
Strength – A continuous moving strength class using dumbbells.
Tai Chi Fitness – A series of slow moving mindful exercises.
Yoga – Postures, breathing techniques and meditation to help with strength and flexibility of the mind and body.
